Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office (256-329-9133) to confirm whether we accept yours.

Co-Payments

Any required co-pays or charges not covered by the patient�s insurance plan must be paid at the time of service. For your convenience we accepts cash or checks, as well as all major credit and debit cards.

Prior Authorizations

Bone and Joint Specialists will work with all patients to obtain the necessary prior authorizations for services such as:

  • Surgery
  • Diagnostic tests
  • Imaging (ultrasound, MRI, CT, etc)

Collections

Accounts that are more than 90 days past due may be sent to collections. Note that we are legally permitted to charge interest on unpaid balances.
